Can I return or exchange items?
In order to guarantee our products have not been worn or used, and
to comply with NYS restrictions we do not accept returns.
However unworn shoes may be exchanged one time per order within
30 days only with preauthorization code. If you do not have the
code, you will not be credited. There will be nothing we can do
about it. Such exchanges will be subject to a 20%
restocking change, and the customer will pay for all shipping.
Items that are not returnable include all contour, wigs, cosmetics,
apparel and jewelry. |

Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely! Discreet shipping is our promise to you. Products sent by us will have no product information on the shipping box, and will have our company's
legal name (Voltáge) as the return address. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Those will also have similar non descript company names on the return address, and no product information on the shipping box either. |

Is my personal information kept personal?
Personal information is kept in the strictest confidence. That means we will never share your information, sell your information, or allow anyone to obtain your information. Our privacy policy is strict to ensure your satisfaction and return business. |

Why is my telephone required
when checking out?
That is a security requirement of your credit card company to
assure it matches the information they have. We will NEVER try
to contact you by telephone nor will we send anything in the mail
except what you order. |

How will my order appear on my credit card or bank account statement?
The transaction will appear as Voltllc on your credit card
statement with no reference to our website name or items purchased to
protect cusomer's discretion. |

Can I order using a check or money order?
Yes, domestic money orders or cashiers checks are gladly accepted.

What if I cancel or refuse an order after it has shipped?
TrannieGear will charge a $25 cancellation fee for all items returned due to a bad address or a refusal upon delivery. Should this be an error, and you still want the merchandise, we will refund the cancellation fee, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. |

Do you put items on backorder?
If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, you will be given three options. A similar item/color/style will be offered at the same or a lower retail price. You may cancel the order, and a complete refund will be immediately given. We will give you the expected date that the item will be in stock, and give you the option to wait.
We promise to do our best to remedy the situation according to your wishes. |

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Under normal circumstances, the maximum wait time will be two weeks.
Some items can be expressed by using the UPS link on those pages.
Those items include shoes (other than custom wide width) and
breastforms and accessories. In some cases in can be pricy, but
they are equal or lower than actual UPS prices as those items ship
from the west coast. Please be aware that we earn no profit on
shipping costs whatsoever, |

What about taxes?
Only New York State residents will be subject to sales tax. |

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, and there is a flat fee charge of $22.00. As we use
standard ground through US Postal Service, items take a minimum of
three weeks to arrive and sometimes longer. Please keep in mind
that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by
custom's officials and sometimes international shipments can be
delayed by customer's country's custom's inspection. Generally
we find approximately 10% of global shipments are pulled for X-Ray
inspection so if there is a delay of that nature, we can not do
anything to expedite their process. |

Do you ship to PO boxes, or APO/FPO Military addresses?
Yes we do, but please allow additional receipt time. |

If you are looking to purchase an item to assist with your transition that we don't carry, please let us know! We will do our best to either carry it, or point you in the right direction in obtaining it. |

Do you offer a guarantee?
We guarantee all of out products from manufacturing defects. If something seems amiss, please alert us, and we will arrange an even exchange. |

Do you have a physical store where I can
try on the shoes?
No, I'm sorry. TrannieGear is an e-commerce business.
We do not have a store that you can visit Our mailing address as
listed is only a mailbox, and our orders are fulfilled outside of NY. |

Are the shoes leather or man made
materials?
Unless the shoes say they are leather (and we do carry a number of
leather styles), they are manufactured with a quality man made
material. |

Out of respect for your discretion and privacy, TrannieGear will not on appear anything that may be seen by others, including but not limited to boxes, credit card statements, echecks, bank statements and labels. |
